Called for a chimney inspection and cleaning because my plumber found an obstruction in my furnace exhaust. Customer service was very friendly when scheduling the visit, but I thought something was fishy... They gave me an estimate of $135 for an inspection and $150 for the cleaning. Company arrived the next day 2 hours after the initial scheduled time. Turned service away because the company sent subcontractors who were no licensed for inspection and said they could not complete it because of that. After refusing this the subcontractor tried to get me to pay a 39.99 service fee for them showing up, which I also refused due to them lying about offering the initial inspection during the phone call where I scheduled this. They came under false pretenses so I would highly avoid this company at all costs! I cannot imagine what would have transpired if I did not have adequate knowledge to call them on their bull****.
