Claim to be an online store purchased a Phone they got money from my account I have not gotten any information on the product check on order status and it continuously says that they're experiencing a problem emailed them several times no reply

You order a phone off their website and it takes a month to get the product. They end up sending you a cheap knock off brand of headphones instead. When you trying to reach the company on fbook or through email you get no response at all.
