Received a call from this company stating they are NV Energy collection department. They stated we (*** *** Dental) had until 3 pm to pay $1498.84 on a past due balance or they were going to turn off our service. When I called the number it was a plan auto system that said "thank you for calling and if you know the extension you need, please enter it now, otherwise hold on the line while your call be transferred" then it's music playing and then a nothing auto comes on that says "welcome to NV Energy this call can be monitored , to reach disconnected dept please dial extension 208 for immediate attention". Then a guy answer and you can barely hear them. They are willing to give you a work order # and all. But when I told them I called NV Energy and they don't show this info, they hangs up on you. Try calling back and they can't connect my call. so they must can see me calling from the number.
