Followed an ad from Instagram and ordered two pairs of covers from them and upon receiving the items one pair was ripped and the other looked used. Following directions on their website I sent an email and never heard anything back. 2 weeks later I sent another email and again heard nothing back. They have no means of contact outside of this email as the number doesn't connect. The reviews online all say the something and I wish I had checked them out before purchasing.
