Ordered a 'free' sample with only $5 shipping on website. Repeatedly clicked 'no' when it tried to get me to buy more stuff. Discovered today that in the hidden terms and conditions was a "you are now signed up to a membership that if you don't cancel within 14 days will cost you $150CAD per month". I didn't even get the product for 2.5 weeks and then saw a charge on my card. My credit card company won't reverse the charges as I clicked on the "terms and conditions" so the banks are VERY aware of this happening. The company won't refund me, only 30% and I made it clear that I would complain about them even with the 30% and that by me accepting the 30% I am in no way accepting that as OK.

This is an absolute scam and the person I spoke to on the phone in Florida who gave me his extension but refused to give me the number to call him (the 1-800 is 100% automated) admitted this is a total scam. I was not allowed to speak to a supervisor. This is immoral and should be illegal and the banks are ignoring it.
