As a part of their free trial, it said all you have to do is pay $4.99 shipping and handling. Little did I know, that I’d be charged $94.97 after 14 days. This was only mentioned in the terms and conditions link that was separate from the order page. I called the customer service number and asked to get my money back where the representative then tried multiple times to offer me many different discounts so I wouldn’t get my full refund amount. Once I mentioned that I would sue them, she came back and said that she was going to expedite my claim to corporate and would receive a refund number to send back my product to receive my full discount. After reading multiple reviews of the product and the company, it looks like I won’t be getting my money for quite some time.
