My grandmother ordered a free trial for an anti-aging cream. She paid $4.95 for shipping. They said you can cancel within 14 days, and they won't charge you $98.71. However, they still charged her bank account $98.71. Four times, and they refused to give her money back. If you look up this product on Google and Facebook, you will see that there are many complaints about how they were scammed over $100. If you go on their website, nuvajengoldserum.com, you will not find a "Contact Us" or an "About Us". A lot of older people who are trying to find an anti-aging cream might fall for this. For example: my grandmother.
