I ordered a bodysuit in xl. I am between sizes and the Nuuds creators said many times, if you are between sizes, go with the lower size. That’s what I did. Bodysuit comes and does not fit. I try to exchange, customer service said they do not do exchanges. I was told I have to return and get my money back and then repurchase. I go to do that and noticed my refund is only for 56$. I paid 70.86. I reach back out and was informed I am not being refunded the 7$ for shipping AND I have to pay 7$ to ship it back. On top of that, I have to pay ANOTHER 7$ if I want a new one in a bigger size. So 21$ is the price I have to pay because my item was too small. The Nuuds team is lying to their customers. They are purposely telling people to size down if between sizes just so the clothes don’t fit and they can keep all shipping fees. In my opinion, the opinion of many others, this is a fraudulent and deceptive business. They are lying to people and refuse to deliver on their promises.
