Let me be clear, I did not order the following two bottles; I never received an email confirming the order; I did not receive any documents with the items in the envelopes, just the bottles; (Testosterone Booster and Nitric Oxide). They were delivered to my office by USPS. It states on the bottles Distributed By: Nature Tonics Dietary Supply Center. On my credit card statement there appeared two deliveries in the amount of $6.96 and $6.94 on July1, 2021 and July 19, 2021 a charge of $119.98, with the name "Advanced Essential, 833-335-0528." I notified your company employee by phone call on August 10, 2021, that I did not order nor open the bottles and they returned for full credit. Employee stated the contract stated that I had 14 days to return the bottles. There was no contract. Not any notice of a 14 day trial, nothing. I stated that I didn't order these items and had started filling out the form, however, I decided I didn't want the supposedly free samples and deleted the form and closed the link. Your company fraudulently picked up the information and sent the bottles without my approval even though I had discontinued the email before agreeing to the samples. I disputed the charges with my credit card company.
