I placed an order november 12th since then my creditcard has been charged and i have attempted numerous times to reach out to them and no response they are on instagram and many people have also reached out to me letting me know same thing has happened to them

Purchased my waist trainer on october 19. Still haven't received my item. I emailed them twice. The first one was it had delayed shipping and second email was the waist trainer was defective and making new ones. I emailed them a third time and never got a response.
