I had purchased a Keto supplement online in July 2021. After receiving the initial shipment, I received no further email or shipments from this company. The supplements did not work as described so I did not wish to receive more. In Oct 2021, I noticed a charge of 89.85 on my credit card statement. I called the number listed with the charge and was directed to a call center where the phone signal was not good. I spoke to the person and he said he could cancel further shipments (I did not receive any) and after conversation said the best he could do is offer me a 20% refund. He went on to tell me that my bank and the Better Business Bureau would not be able to assist me and only he could help me. He put me on hold multiple times and said that the best he could do is 50% refund. The phone call broke up many times and he said it must be because it was raining. I asked him where he was located and he mumbled something that wasn't understandable. Finally after I told him that I would let my bank's lawyers handle things, he said he could offer me a full refund. There was a catch though, he needed me to say the word yes clearly. I told him that I would accept the refund and he was argumentative and said that he needed me to say the word yes clearly, just the word yes. There are too many scams where they want to record you saying yes so I told him I would let my bank handle things and hung up. On my part, it is a lesson in buyer beware. I hope to receive the refund but that may not happen. Hopefully, no one else has to go through this experience.
