I got scammed

I placed the order Jan 31. Feb 4 I receive an update about a shipping label being created. Feb 8, nothing has changed on the tracking info. I contacted NutraStop via their chat on the website. The person told me they had a delay and it would be sent out by the end of the week. One week later and nothing has been sent, no new shipment info and now they aren't replying to me.

On December 14, 2021 I made an order on the https://thenutrastop.com/ website and it it created a USPS tracking number but still has not gone to being shipped. I emailed the support and tried to ask a question in chat when the window opens but no response. I do feel stupid for not researching better as I am out $150.00 as supplements are expensive. This site is a scam and I hope this helps stop someone else from being a victim of their scam. I did file a fraud report. I know that will not lead to getting my money back but if enough people report the site then maybe it will be shut down. Don't buy from this site it is a SCAM!

The same thing happened to me on December 21. Dispute the charge through your bank or credit card company. They will reverse the charges and charge NutraStop to do so. I only had to threaten to do this and my money was refunded. The kid who runs this site counts on people not fighting for their money.

Product not received

I placed an order on 12/21/21 for pre workout protein powder in the amount of $116.90. I paid expedited shipping to receive it before Christmas. I received shipping notification that said only Label Created but the package never arrived. After several days of no response, I disputed the charge through my bank and asked for an investigation. After texting the number on the website of my dispute, I finally heard back. Lots of apologies saying the package was shipped the morning of 12/27/21. He eventually told me he was refunding my money. After a full day of no tracking updates, I contacted the BBB and Indiana State Attorney Generals office and filed a complaint. I contacted “Trent” at NutraStop to let him know that I was pursuing action against NutraStop. He sent me a picture of a shipping label with tracking number for my package that he said was sent on Monday. After inputting the tracking number on 12/29/21, it still read Label Created. This is the same package he said went out 12/27/21. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. NUTRASTOP IS A SCAM!

NutraStop did no such thing. No flavor change and no communication about phony flavor change. I was sent the same picture of a mailing label that was created the week before. Package was never picked up by a carrier. It’s the equivalent of showing a picture of envelope with a stamp on it and saying “look I mailed it.” And I was completely aware of the holiday which is why I paid for expedited shipping to receive on 12/24. You’re so used to people giving up and not calling you out. I urge everyone to google Nutrastop reviews and take note of the first few sites that appear. F rating according to BBB. You reference the 8 unsatisfied customers. I’m happy to see that you’ve taken note of the 8 bad reviews I found in 3 minutes when searching online after sending them to you. There are dozens more. Let’s see some of your conflict resolution Trent.

Nutrastop remained in contact about a flavor change. The order which would have been shipped the 22nd of Dec got delayed 2 days. Thus the 24th did not ship Christmas Eve, Christmas the 25th and the 26th was a Sunday. Thus by then was the 27th (Monday when her order was ready to ship and thought was a sCaM because didn’t ship right away not thinking was the holiday… I sent picture of package that Monday and customer wanted a refund, so I immediately refunded in full.

Was placing order for pre-workout but immediately got a gut feeling so I texted them back as well as chatted - CANCEL ORDER. Text response ended as well as the chat. I sent an email and have yet to receive a response. Ordinarily, I look up a company prior to ordering but didn’t this time. Turns out this company is a SCAM and they will send you a shipping confirmation but it will never get any further than “label created”.

You completely twisted the story. There was never a flavor change nor any correspondence from NutraStop to me referencing that. I paid for expedited shipping and received no further communication other than a label created for a week. I sent several emails to the support address with no reply. It wasn’t until I told you that my bank was investigating the charge that you finally responded because you didn’t want to incur the $40 charge. You told me the package was sent out on Monday and on Wednesday you had the package in your possession. If it was sent out when you said it was there would have been no way to get it back. Everyone needs to check scampulse, the BBB, scamdetector for dozens of scam reviews. Also, victims of NutraStop need to step up and file complaints with the BBB, Indiana State Attorney Generals Office and the Federal Trade Commission to bring attention their activities.

Reedzwife. Not a scammer. Order was delayed due to ingredient and flavor shortages. Stuff is coming in slower then expected so customers get antsy when did not come in 2 days. Then they look up Scam and see 8 antsy customers thinking the same confirmation bias. When really 30,000 other customers have been filled and got order. And yes I am in. 20s. I run this business primarily by myself, doing marketing/web design/stocking selves/ shipping orders and personaly taking to ups. So I apologize if I don’t have 10 overseas telephone people that really don’t help. I try my best to get to every customer timely if they have an issue but me mindful I am doing all to take care of all.

Dispute the charges through your bank. I was finally refunded after “Trent” scammed me. He’s a kid in his 20s who relies on people not fighting back. Don’t let him get away with it.

They are heavily advertised google but they do not ship products, they do not answer calls, they do not answer emails, they do not provide any shipping information. Most of all they do not send the item purchased. They take your money hoping you don't remember or dispute. It is a fraud company.

I placed an order with Nutrastop and received a order confirmation, but after no product coming in I tried calling and no answer, I sent emails and no response. I tried calling another day and got an answer and tells me they out of stock and offers another product in its place and said he would send it out but it hasn't arrived either. I tried calling but no answer and I tried emailing with response again. I wish I had researched this site first but I lost $35 to these scammers.

I purchased what I thought was going to be a supplement online. I received a confirmation of the receipt and received a tracking number saying that the order was prepared to be sent to **** and would be delivered within 3-9 days. It has not been two weeks and that tracking number still says it is waiting to arrive at ****. I spoke with **** and they confirmed that no package has been received so there was nothing on there end they could do. I have tried to email the company multiple times from the two email addresses they have on their website and what was sent on their confirmation email and it comes back saying it cannot be sent. I have tried to call the phone numbers they have on their website and it does not go through as it is an invalid number. It was a scam. I just spend $35 dollars I will most likely never get back.
