The incident occurred on Feb 26th. My wife and I were at a Home and Garden Expo in Seattle, we found a vendor selling stainless steel cookware. We decided to make a purchase. Upon returning home we double checked the sales receipt and did further research. We found that the Company doesn’t exist and that the address provided is a completely unrelated restaurant. We immediately tried to contact the vendor to cancel the order and left several voicemail messages. We have yet to receive any notification or product since the time of this letter (March 13th) We continue to try and contact the vendor and have been unsuccessful. Vendor goes by the name Dan Wiese.
