I came across this website while seeking help for a nursing assignment. It was the first time I heard of it, but I decided to take a chance anyways. When I logged into the site, there was an instant message that popped up on the bottom right of the screen. It was from customer support and it stated, "Need help with your nursing assignments? You are at the right place. How can I help you today?" Since it was my first time using the site, I needed help navigating a few things so I responded to the message stating that "I needed help with my assignment". Immediately, someone responded and prompted me to place an order using the tab that was above the screen. Believing that this was a legitimate site, I proceeded to do so. I uploaded the rubric and selected the number of pages needed, the time frame in which I needed the assignments (which was 24 hours for the first one, and 12 hours for the second assignment), and all the necessary information needed to get started. I was charged $176.43, and payed using paypal. Each time I went online to check for updates, there was one assignment in the revision process for 3 days, and the other still "in progress" since the day that I placed the order. To cut a long story short, I received nothing. I sent out several messages, but no reply. I also tried to search for other means of contact such as a telephone number, but to no avail. The assignments are past due at this point and to no surprise, the status of the papers still remain the same. Therefore, I have concluded that this site is fraudulent, and I have been duped. I am reporting this "so called" business so that others do not fall into the same trap that I did.
