It all started with messages from WhatsApp to family and friends asking for a favor. Then asked for money, notices when friends and family members started to call me directly if everything was ok and if I needed money $465. I couldn't change my password in WhatsApp until 12 hours because of too many attempts. In a few hours someone started showing up in my Facebook messenger active online, but I couldn't have access to my account either or change my password with my telephone number since it is connected to my phone because to reset my password they would email a different email address which it was not mine it was [email protected]. After 10 hours WhatsApp sent me a code to update my information and I was able to put double pin so that hackers did not access my account, but they will keep being in my messenger telling my friends and family that I had changed my number and asking them to message in the new WhatsApp phone number where hackers even had put my same profile picture. My friends sent me screenshots of the hackers information but they were all different names and phone numbers of men and women to send the money to Dominican Republic. Also wanted money through Zelle for Candido de Jesus phone number: 484750019.

Eventually I was able to access my email and remembered my password to report this to Facebook and remove the hackers information from my account. Some family members were also hacked due to this and hopefully this people don't have all my information and steal my identity because everything I have in my phone. I think people should know how easy this happens and be prepared to change passwords and double pins in any account.
