Website advertised 2 day shipping and all orders ship within 12 hours. Shipping label that was created was for a free gift included with purchase that did get delivered. But the actual product as yet to be delivered (over 2 weeks). Shipping label that was created for the actual order is does not work. When I go to the website and type in that tracking #. It says that my order is in Japan. I asked the company to cancel my order and to send me a shipping label to return the free gift. They said they cannot because my order has already been shipped. I think I’m getting swindled. I disputed the charges on my credit card
