I was contacted by him 3/27/18 to become a Google Guaranteed partner for an upfront cost of $350 (which he attempted to get $2995 by paying for a whole year in advance) As a small business owner, I made the grave mistake of being naïve in my research and didn't bother to notice that the Google pay account I had sent money to was to a Rosa(blank)@gmail.com. After a full month of my so-called profile not going live, I attempted to receive a refund. He originally promised it was processed 4/26/18, then again 5/7/18. I gave him a final week until today 5/18/18 to refund the payment, which he then tried to send a fraudulent text, directly after denying a phone call, regarding Google asking for $495 more for activation. (Which is false again, as Google Guaranteed is a real program and only Google local services team can submit an application on their behalf, no third-party service whatsoever can apply, as I am currently a Google guaranteed partner now) After denying all my calls, but texting back immediately after, he ended with (copied and pasted from my text, as you can see the illiteracy) "No small claims I've been created against new phase media or myself you have no basis to create one yourself so if you do you're wasting your time but good luck with that"
