I was looking for a deal on a pair of Bowflex dumbbells and took to the internet to search. Typically I leverage eBay or manufacturers websites if I have a coupon/discount code but couldn't find the deal I wanted and happened to come across the Numano.shop website. The website look and feel was/is well designed and the owner even lists that they are a Better Business Bureau Accredited Business. The deal on the pair of dumbbells was enticing enough to purchase knowing the deal was too good to be true. I knew that I could fall back on Paypal purchase protection if needed. The business responded with an email of my purchase and eventually provided a UPS tracking number which even had a Kansas City address. The UPS tracking details said the package weight was 8.8 pounds when the item purchased should have had a shipping weight of approximately 200 pounds. When tracking the item via the provided UPS tracking number it did show the item was delivered however when contacting UPS, they confirmed the delivery address did not match my address. A claim was filed with Paypal and attempts to contact the seller have resulted in no responses.
