Before I first ordered the Groupon, I called the spa to confirm the area being treated. I was told a Brazillian was covered under the large area Groupon. I purchased the Groupon with good faith that the area specifically requested would be treated at the price I paid for the coupon. When I arrived for the consultation I was told a different story by the technician and was told I would have to pay an extra $100 session for the area I specifically asked about. With the Groupon, and the additional payments per service, the service would have ended up costing $900. The Groupon I purchased was $300. Their salon direct pricing was $900. It was a bait and switch.
