I ordered an outfit from this online website. When it showed that it delivered, I searched all over and no package was found. I contacted the company via email and they said they were shipping a new package and apologized for the mistake. Never received the second package and requested a complete refund. They told me they could only refund 70% of the amount. After over three months, nothing has been returned.

I came across this site while on Instagram. I am not sure why, but I thought I was on Shein website. I did not realize that I was on another site.

I placed an order online on January 13th, 2024. for seven items from nugacle.com. The delivery time provided to receive my items stated 5-7 business days, which was why I placed the order. I received an email on January 15th which stated my order is on the way. I emailed the company at [email protected] on January 26th and i haven't received a response. On January 27th I called the number that showed on my bank statement next to the transaction amount I paid which is (568) 678-0825. The recording says, "Your call can't be completed as dialed". Also, the transaction shows as SHOPLIFESTYLELUS on my bank statement.
