NuCO2 territory sales manager Chicago came in to our restaurant claiming they were notified by Coca Cola to set up CO2 for us and claims that Coke don’t have their own CO2. I confirmed with Coca Cola and they said they have their own CO2 and will never sent any third party CO2 company to set up the CO2 services. NuCO2 also said their will be no installation charges but as of today we have received 5 different bills from them totaling $1590.15 which includes all sort of ridiculously high charges(INSTALLATION, labor, equipment fees, tank rental, usage, etc) we have not even used their CO2 at all since our Coca Cola fountain equipments have not yet arrived. This company have all 1 star ratings from customers with similar experience, there is actually a class action lawsuit against them.
