I had a friend advertising she does taxes in Facebook. I ask her the fees on filing and she told me it varies. She was offering a free estimates so i went with it. After the calculation i asked again and she told me $200 is her book keeping fees. I asked will that be all and she told me yes. She ensure me for a week that it wasn't any other fees. My taxes is deposit a day before the schedule date and now it is $768 missing from my overall refund. I gave her the $200 on 1/24/18 when i was approved for an advancement of $2,500 and when she dropped off my card with the money on there. She gave me different refund amount on different occasions. I received my refund a day early not knowing she texting me saying it was in my account. All this time i been waiting on my taxes information from her filing my taxes still nothing. I never signed for my taxes only signed paperwork about receiving my advancement and my card that my money was going to be on. I planned to file a case to get my money back with my attorney. She sent me three links so i can now get access to my tax filing information after 3-4 weeks since filing and i can't access it with my information im putting in. I told her and she not responding to me at all and not answering any of my questions.
