I received an email addressed Reimbursment Details, the message to me was that my refund had been approved and was under the warranty for my money back on my subscription. I knew I had made some mistakes on letting the wrong people into my computer and thought maybe someone had caught up with these people... stupid! I called the number they provided and realized I had made a BIG MISTAKE! I stopped when they asked for my banking account information to credit the money back. I almost fell into it again. These people are very persistent, the person got very angry with me when I would not go any further and told me I wasted their time. I receive so many calls from IT tech support people I wish I could get rid of them for good!!!

I received a phone call from NTS Global (866-763-1760) who told me there were problems with my computer and they would fix it. They proceeded to take control of my computer and deducted $170 from my Debit acct. I heard from them again after several months of no contact, and caller said they were being shut down & had to refund the $170. This, they said, was through the BBB! They again asked me for my debit acct# and this time took $396 from me, never refunding the original $170. Callers are foreign and once again are in control of my computer.
