I ordered 3 Scottish Terrier planters from ntctuve.com; website said 15-20 days delivery. 29 days later, received a package containing 3 SCHNAUZER planters, NOT Scottish terriers. I contacted the company, and they offered a 10% refund, and I could keep the schnauzer planters. Well, I have no use for three schnauzer planters, so we went back and forth on this. They ended up offering 45% and I keep the schnauzer planters; I STILL have no use for them, so I rejected it. Final offer was 95% refund, but I had to ship THEIR mistake to CHINA. Well, that ain't gonna happen, so I've decided to share my experience in the hope of either forcing them to change their conduct or driving them out of the US market.
