The computer emits a nasty shrill beeping sound which only stops when you click on a pop-up. You are then transferred to a malware infected site - in this instance shutterfly - informed you have been seriously affected and given a phone number. You make the phone call and they direct you back to your computer to show you examples of how bad the infection is. So bad that even Kaspersky is rendered inoperable. The solution to this is to give them access to your computer and arrange for them to solve the problem for $699, reduced to $499 for lifetime coverage because you are a senior.

The person talkng to you now is from Maniere Software based in Calcutta. NSC Technovista LLC has only been registered in Florida since Oct 13, 2015. The two companies appear to be related.You are asked not to mention these company names to your friends. Money was taken from Visa overnight via First Data. JOOMLA Web Design 2005 was "paid" $399 and Dynamic Web Design $99. JOOMLA is a reputable site, Dynamic Web Design is non existent.

The bona fide Microsoft security site has fixed the computer problem for $99. A driver carrying malware had been loaded onto the computer overnight.
