Claim to be "NRC" phone number is 8442268637 and they say I have a bad debt from an unpaid payday loan from 4 years ago. Have my personal info, bank, address, social security, etc. they refused to send paperwork and threatened with court if I didn't pay them. they wanted over 600 dollars right then and there.
