They call claiming to be "last resort" arbiters to prevent your debt from going to court. They had my name, address, and last 4 digits of my ss#. When you inquire about what exactly the debt is they become hostile and tell you to either settle now or go to court. I knew the debt was fake but checked my credit report to be certain: nothing on all three reports. The two individuals I spoke with had noticeable accents.
