Said a lawsuit has been filed against me on my name and social security number gave a case number and phone number to call and said to be at the place at 12-5 but no address was given or anything or it will be turned over to county clerk

I received a letter in the mail concerning NPS. They said I won money, but I would have to send in $20. The letter said they are located in Plainville, NY

A woman called from this number stating my husband was going to be served for check fraud due to an unpaid bill from 2006. She told me his old address and I told her I was not paying anything until I received notification through the U.S. Mail.
