Man by the name of Mark Shields contacted me at my work phone and cell phone threaten he has a warrant for my arrest for an unpaid debt. Also contact my mother who was listed a reference. He also had some woman who claimed to work for the LA County clerks office contacting me as well. The name she left was Mrs. Clark @ 213-241-7736.

When I stated I didnt have the money he called my parent back and said I would be arrested and they would have to pay $8k to bail me out. My parents provided there credit cards to cover the debt.

The following Monday morning I contacted the company I had the account with to find out who the sold it too and it was not sent to NPL Financial, the company is sold to stated they didnt know who NPL was and stated the amount owed was only $4742. I have my parents trying to cancel the transactions.
