Offering to set up my own healthcare business at no start up cost, said they partnered with the government to provide training, said they would provide a collaborating MD, said they needed an application with personal information before a phone call (but I did not), and then person on phone did not speak proper English. They had a thick Indian accent and did not explain things properly.
