I ordered two guitars from this company that they posted on their website for a large, reduced price. Right after placing the order, I changed my mind and decided to cancel the order. I emailed them right away and the representative responded by sending an email asking why I wanted to cancel. I responded and explained. She then sends another email offering me a set of choices, one being order cancelation. Once again, I responded that I wanted to cancel and kindly reiterated what I previously wrote. I don't hear back from her after and then get a notification that the items had been shipped at which point I get upset and email back asking why they were not canceled when I had requested it. The rep then says that i would need to wait for when the item arrives to initiate a return. It takes over a month to arrive and then to come to find that they sent me a pair of sunglasses instead. I verified that it was their shipment because it had the same shipping tracking number as what they provided. At this point i wrote them back that I would be filing a complaint with the ScamPulse.com against them and opened a dispute with my CC company to retrieve my money that way. This company is a complete scam and do not buy anything from them!!!
