This writer attempted to make an online purchase 3/11/2020 on the NOVELTYRA website of a Children's Factory Marshmallow Upside Downs Indoor Playground for Toddlers Active Play Set for Kids - CF710-096. Model: NOB00C5Q610A $64.85 first using a credit card. The website stated the card could not be processed and to use another credit card or PayPal account. This writer than used PayPal to pay for online purchase. Within minutes, my husband called and inquired about purchases made as the bank sent many fraud alerts through text, email, and a phone call. The amount charged to my credit card did not match the amount paid through PayPal and credit card was cancelled. This writer than contacted PayPal about the concerns of being scammed and gave this writer directions and processes of waiting 15-20 days to see if item arrives, and if that does not occur to email the reciepient who received the PayPal money at [email protected]. A shipping email was sent to this writer from [email protected] regarding the sent item but wanted this writer to download software to track shipping. This writer read the terms of aggreement and it indicated that it is not liable for hackers, scammers etc. This writer attempted to reach out to [email protected] and there has been no response back as of 4/21/2020.

I ordered a bright start 4-1 baby walker from novelty.com company March 4th. They sent me a confirmation email with the order and showing they deducted full amount for the walker of $53.68 from my account right away on March 4th 2020. Two weeks passed and I noticed my daughter walker still hasn’t been shipped with any tracking number whatsoever. I emailed the company and requested the tracking info and was told they were going to do it on March 11th 2020. I asked for the order to be canceled and to get a refund nearly 5 times and they refused to give me a refund and cancel the order. Their site policy clearly states as long as an item is canceled and isn’t ship they can refund it fully. I then continue to contact them asking for a refund and they continued to deny me a refund and force the shipment without my consent, so I contacted my card company and novelty company lied and said they shipped it already. I finally received the item April 1, 2020 and these geniuses send me a pair of ray ban glasses and not what I ordered. So not only are they denying a refund, forcing a shipment, and lying; but they are also making fraud product advertisements to steal and scam people out of their money while refusing to comply with the consumer. I have reached out to my card company with no success of anyone on the line and also the business I ordered from as well. They are ignoring my emails and aren’t answering the lines. I want a full refund and want the entire world to know so that they do not fall into the same scam.
