I am writing to see if there is anything I can do. I responded to an ad for free cream and serum from Novee paying only shipping. No where was there there info telling me I would get another shipment at $190.00. I immediately called and was told that was their policy unless I cancelled within 14 days . I just got the bill from my Visa today. The agent didn’t care one bit and even hung Up on me when I said it was a scam! I cancelled any further shipments but have to pay this one! I am on a fixed income and would never order skin creme for that price. I would appreciate any suggestions you may have. Thank you.
