I ordered a portable heating lunchbox for 29.95 on November 25, 2023, and did not receive it. I tried responding to the confirmation email ([email protected]) multiple times and completed the online "Contact Us" form (https://novazoid.co/pages/contact-us). I have never received any responses or the product. The website does not have a location or phone number. I have filed a fraud complaint with my bank.

I ordered a $15 Christmas ornament on November 17, 2023, and did not receive it. I tried responding to the confirmation email ([email protected]) multiple times and completed the online "Contact Us" form (https://novazoid.co/pages/contact-us). I have never received any responses or the product.

The website does not have a location or phone number. Yes, I should have checked this before I placed my order.
