I was referred to this $30/hour work from home position with this company by this individual. He did not ask me any questions regarding my qualifications or work history but did describe the position and training schedule. I asked where the company was located and he said California, but a Google search showed it's location in Switzerland. I then asked if he could prove the legitimacy of the company and that's when he provided the website address. I followed the address and the website does not look professionally done. The application itself asks for a SSN, which is concerning for anyone who has fallen victim to this scam previously. The website address is https://novartis-web.netlify.app/
