On July 3rd, I went to Novarena.com to order this Wake up alarm clock with radio. (It was the only website that carried it, I originally bought it at Amazon). After my transaction went through, I received an email with my order number and that this is also giving USPS pre-shipment info, because the item was being sent to them. (July 6, 2021). As soon as the item sends another email will follow as soon as the clock has shipped. 2 weeks later, I get an email to review my item, however, I never received the item. I tried contacting customer service, got no response. 2 weeks later, I got a third email requesting for my review and so I gave a negative one and once again contacted customer service this time requesting a refund since it’s been over a month and I never received it. Now, a representative contacted me explaining that they ran out of the item and will be getting more in stock the following week (“is that ok”). I told this person no, I want my refund and now I haven’t gotten any more responses.
