I ordered a Cuisinart Electric Tea kettle from this seller. They had a picture of the exact box and item advertised.
They sent me a cheap tea kettle by another manufacturer.
I contacted PayPal resolution.
I was offered a Half refund (21 dollars)
Or
Return product at my expense (35 dollars)
I refused this and they said no to complete refund
Even PayPal could not protect my account.
This is a big scam!

I ordered an Oster breadmaker from this "company" and immediately received an email confirmation of my order. I received emailed updates on the shipment (sent via FedEx) from the seller. As a rule you get one confirmation of the shipment and then track your order via the tracking number provided. In this case I kept getting updates from the seller. When it was indicated that my shipment had been delivered (I was home and no package was delivered here) I email the seller and said it had NOT been delivered to me...no response. I went to their website and called the telephone number provided...not in service. I sent an email using the email address provided on the website...came back as undeliverable. My payment went through Paypal. I called them but they were of little help, did not seen to care. My credit card company cancelled my card and issued a new one (the purchase is in Dispute). FedEx confirmed that indeed the seller made the shipment but cancelled it on the day of supposed delivery and said it would be returned to the shipper "as requested". I looked online for reviews of this company and found other complaints on scamdoc.com. I emailed the seller and accused them of scam/fraud...no response. This is a company who apparently will scam you out of your payment and then either recall the purchase prior to delivery or send inferior merchandise. Scam, scam, scam! Stay away!

The seller did not respond to emails, after I opened the claim the seller provided fake Fedex tracking number ***.
