I ordered a product in July 12th of 2021. I waited a month, while checking weekly to see if it had been shipped (logged onto my account where I could track my orders), and each week it would say the same exact thing, “unfulfilled”. I read every single detail written in the section. Nowhere did it provide a reason why it was “unfulfilled”, how long it might take, or an option to get my money back. Waited another month, still getting the exact same thing each time I log into my account. This time I reached out via email, since this is the only way to contact them. First email, I got an automatic message that stated my message was received and pending review. Should be contacted in upcoming days. Never did. In fact, I sent a 3rd email, & a 4th, weeks & weeks apart but never received a response. At that point, I still wanted the product, but with my 5th & 6 message, I asked for a refund. STILL this company completely ignored my emails. Now, we’re 11 months from the day I placed my order & I can’t get my product I purchased, my refund, or a single live person or response to try & rectify my situation. NovaLico is a thief. Saw an advertisement on Pinterest & loved what I saw. Figured I was so happy with my last Pinterest purchase that I took a chance & ordered something. Never again ????
