The online AD stated that the beauty cream-product could be ordered as a trial for the cost of 5.00. There was an additional check to click on , which I did not see and did not click on. The additional information stated that by purchasing the trial, you are obligated to a 12 month contract and your credit card will be charged 97.83 each month for the product that will be mailed to you. Because I did not give them my address when I ordered the product, I never received the product. However, they stated they would cancel the contract, and refund me the next month. the next month they refunded me and re-billed me. When I made my 3rd call to them, I call twice hoping to speak to a manager. They were all argumentative, informing me that I would not be receiving a refund because I had not called 1) within the first 30 days, 2nd person said within the first 14 days following the order. I have contacted my credit card company hoping they will be able to settle this dispute and retrieve my money (97.83).
