I went online to find a recipe and an ad popped up for Nova Software. Then I received a phone call yesterday, 6/18/2022, from the business stating that they owe me $399.00. They told me they were closing and needed my address to send me a check. The person that called me was very rude and told me I had dementia if I could not remember what happened on 5/6/2022. I was told someone in accounting was going to call me. I got a call from someone named Nick Watson, he told me he was the head of accounting and they were affiliated with the BBB. I let him know I didn't want the money and he insisted he had to give me the check. He told me my refund number ID was rb.gy/zqv118. He told me he needed access to my computer, he told me what to do and all of a sudden a form popped up on my computer. He told me I had to fill out the form, so I started filling it out but I didn't finish and I shut off my computer and hung up the phone. They kept trying to call me back but I didn't answer.
