I saw a ad on the internet saying rooms for rent. Come to find out this man doesn't have the proper permits to even rent out the rooms as residential homes are put people in them at all. The building has mold faulty wiring termites leaky ceiling's holes in the walls rats and roaches boarded up windows. The ground is all cracked with holes. He's telling people that it's a group home that no one signed up for that lives in here. He says he houses sex offenders and theirs kids living here. And he's was willingly letting another tenant run a Airbnb business when he told me no subleasing was allowed.
