Tommy L*** at Nouveau Building Solutions posed as a tiny home/casita custom builder who can build out what layout you need for your business and/or personal use. Once you wrote up an order with them and choose layout, design, finish out, ect. You would sign a contract, and they would require 50% down payment to start construction of the building. After this the scam goes into play. It starts out with normal construction delays that are common in the business. Once they run out of normal issues that could happen in construction they move to excuses like employee problems, lawsuits that they are filling with someone else in their production line that has caused the delays. Then after many months of dragging you around they then say that they have been lying to you, and they are actually just behind on timeline and that you really are next in line to be built. Then once the timeline drags on enough, they completely stop all communication with you. Then they move their building facilities from where you were meeting them to another state. After this your 50% down payment is gone and you have to resort to lawyer to try and chase down your money.
