This company says it will send you your "free" sample if you pay shipping and handling. They charged 2 shipping and handling charges although shipped in one box. THEN, charged me $89.94 for one sample and $84.97 for the other sample. They lead you to believe these are samples - not the real product.

This company offers a free trial of skin care products. Instead of a free trial, they send you a 30 day supply. If you don't cancel your order within 14 days, they charge your card $29.95 for the free trial you received. If you don't cancel, they continue to send you a monthly supply at $89.95. None of this information is available in their advertisement for the initial free trial. I called, preemptively, to cancel the order. First they told me that they had to charge me the $29.95 for the products already shipped. They offered me 50% off all subsequent shipments. When I turned this down, and asked for return authorization, they persisted in telling me they had to charge me for the product. I told them it was a scam, and that I was reporting them to the fraud department of the bank who issued my card to prevent any subsequent charges to my account. They then told me to keep the product and sent me a cancellation notice on the account. We'll see if they persist in charging my credit card.
