I saw the "business owner's" Instagram (nourishthesoulllc) advertising delicious looking food. I placed an online order and gave the scammer my full name and address. They continuously make promises of dates to expect orders or shipping labels by, but do not follow through. Over the span of 15 months, they promised numerous times that it would be out by March 2021, April 2021. in May 2021 they said I could wait or get a refund, and I chose refund. They told me to request a refund over cash app, which expires after a couple weeks, and was ignored until it expired several times. June 2021 I was given a partial refund. I realized a pattern in when they come online, advertise that they are taking new orders, reply to old victims, and then ignore the new and stop coming online for a couple months

They are a registered LLC in NYS, so they seem trustworthy but are not
