Bought a used car. Told the seller t had to be safe. The title was listed under zomeone else he told me he was the broker. CaR faX deported one minor fender accident. I ga e him chec k but told himthe car would need to be inspected. He stalled getting me the car to me for 2 days waiting for ghe check to clear he drove it to my house late at night. I took the car to the garage to get it checked out! It was a disaster, frame damage missing nuts and bolts, no cradle missing inner bumper mangled cross bar, bad tires cuts noted. The fender was put together with masking tape, missing key fob and rust! Obviously a bad accident! Not reported as it did not match my clean title. Just enough of a hole so no one is responsible. Its called title jumping, the scam is called "curbstoning", these are not private sales, these cars are appearing from flooded states with the intent to decieve! Be careful as you cant even get a bad review on marketplace. Small claims in Az is 3500. ThaTs it and im stuck without help!
