my dad saw an add for a foldadble mobility electric scooter and clicked on the "flash sale" he entered his info, name, address, phone number and credit card info. he recvd an email before paying for it because it was in his shopping cart. but never recv'd a order confirmation or anything. when he told me i looked into it and checked bank acct and the total that had been taken out for this was $56.02. i then found the email and tried to contact at [email protected] they responded with an email stating that item had been deliverered amnd to "ask surrounding neighbors if they signed for item" and/or to contact post office provide tracking number (AS834820128CN is what they provided) and askmif its being held. i called just for the giggles but of course invalid tracking number. and thats it. i filed a claim with my dads bank as well.

I was scrolling through Facebook when I came across this ad for mystery packages from an Amazon warehouse. I ordered the 80+ item package, price said $59.98. I checked my account and noticed that $92.46 and $17.23 was taken out as well as when I got the confirmation email, it had the wrong address. I immediately sent an email back inquiring about the wrong address and the wrong amount taken. I’ve sent emails inquiring about this, but not getting anywhere. The last email I received was at 3:16 am on January 9th 2024, I copied and pasted.

I'm sorry you didn't receive your package, it has indeed been delivered to your address, we would like to reimburse you 10% refund, we also lost the product and shipping cost that we shipped before, please understand

Ordered online from clothesflashsale, their website said order delivered, when i emailed them they told me they shipped wrong item (sunglasses) when i ordered 7 pairs of pajamas. They are refusing to give my money back, stating only 20% refund even though i didnt receive my items and or sunglasses I never ordered. They are scamming me

The seller used Coldwater Creek images, logo and format to sell holiday clothing on Facebook. They followed up with confirmation emails, including images of the items purchased. There was no mention of the origin being in China. I didn't learn that until a shipping confirmation was received. The shipping notice included multiple duplications in China, and suddenly was "delivered" in California according to the seller. We have USPS Informed Delivery, so we have evidence that it was never received by the USPS or delivered to our home. I have exchanged several messages with the seller, and they insist that it was delivered. They have offered a 20% refund, but I have not accepted it.

i clicked on a add that looked like bath and body works candles for sale. i made the purchase and immediately felt like something was wrong. contacted them through email, which was the only available contact info. they told me they would cancel, it never got canceled. then the order came with a tracking number and after a while it said it was delivered on 11-22-23. i recontacted them and they refuse to help me. saying it was delivered when i know it wasnt.
