Double sided card sent First Class permit #2198 from Carol Stream. IL you were to call 1-800-208-4460 within ten days of receipt and provide their tracking number when calling #415757 issued by Notification Warehouse Center. Supposed to be jewelry worth $297 for just postage to ship of $12.95 thru a Visa/MasterCard valid credit card. Code on card upper left reads as: NWC - 2015 - 9918725-000388.. Addressed as an official notification to me with a warning:$2000.00 fine, 5 years imprisonment, or both for any person interfering or obstructing with delivery of U.S. Mail TTT18 Sec 1720 U.S. Code. My address with bar code 1109-T1 P4..........Auto"Mixed AADC 601

I have kept postal card. I did bring it to the attention of the local Post Office but they were unable to help. i'm concerned for others who would respond and get "taken".

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

The postcard I received states that they have been trying to reach me regarding a package they are trying to ship to me. I no nothing of this business and have not ordered anything from them. This is just a scam trying to get my credit card number. They want you to pay the postage of $12.95 for a pack of jewelry that is worth $297. They get my credit card and will try to charge me $297. Just wanted others to be aware of this scam.

Received a postcard from Notification Warehouse Center in Addison, IL 60101. Nothing was ever ordered. The 800 operator said that it was a customer appreciation gift from one of the merchants where a credit card was recently used to purchase something (unrelated). The following are quotes:
