FINAL NOTICE received in mail about Home Warranty being cancelled. Company or persons did not include name of company but, the letter I received made the company appear as if they were a division of my mortgage company. The letter also included a Registration Fee Voucher of $199.00 which you are to sign. Also there was in small lettering stating that "We are not affiliated with current mortgage holder" even though my Mortgage Company is mentioned in the letter. Gentleman on the phone was very pushy and did not seem to listen to my husband when he refused the services. My husband ended up hanging up on the individual because he was so adamant that my husband sign up for the warranty services.
