This person called me and spam blocker monitoring for AT&T did not display that. The scammer called/texted from multiple numbers. They were so nice and wanted me to VERIFY information they seemed to already know. They tricked me!! I believe it was an inside job because they were concerned about my happiness and just making sure that I was enjoying my orders and blah blah blah. They even asked for other referrals which were obviously to get other people hacked as well ?? They made it seem so urgent so I wasn't trying to ignore my 'employer'. My stepdad had passed away two days prior to getting the call, so I was emotionally exhausted because I wasn't working and I was shocked at the calls from what I thought was Instacart. I didn't want to lose my job so I listened and obeyed and verified the codes they sent me :'( they told me I will be paid for my time while my account was under review and then all of a sudden I couldn't log in anymore and I had went about my business for a couple hours not realizing that they were going on a shopping spree.

The scammer identified themselves as Rene (male). They have STOLEN my identity, made fraudulent purchases with my digital shopper card in the complete opposite side of the country from where I live, logged me out of my own INSTACART SHOPPER account, then proceeded to LITERALLY REMOVE my bank account information. Instacart is grossly incompetent and has neglected to remove this hacker from access to my account.. it is suspended but I don't have access to the login because they changed my everything.. even my direct deposit as they removed my debit card and added theirs, withdrawing all of MY HARD EARNED MONEY

I still, 05/23/2023, cannot get back into my account that was clearly taken over and reported by myself to INSTACART on 05/12/2013; my report isn't resolved with Instacart no matter how many times I've called and emailed their TRUST AND SAFETY team to report this phishing calls. I am Disgusted. I've worked with the company for 3 years. My identity is compromised!! I've had multiple login attempts now on other different apps, I am just absolutely terrified on the outcome of my identity now... I had to get a new number, new phone, new email, bank account, etc ... This is the worst financially burden I think I've ever experienced!
