I did not answer the phone call when the call was made, I was driving in afternoon traffic and I did not recognize the number. Caller left a voicemail, which I called before attempting to call the number shown on called ID. (470-333-0096) The message stated I had " suspicious activity" on my COMPUTER and that it was very important that I call 844-879-3977 as soon as possible. If I did NOT call in and confirm my identity and information, they would be forced to "LOCK MY COMPUTER". I asked my daughter to call from her work phone, and she suggested she google the phone number......there were several messages stating this was an apparent scam. She suggested I make a complaint with the BBB.
